2012 Challenge
For 2012, Me and 'Pal' are going to work so hard. Working hard in everything, obviously in loosing weight. We have set ourselves a challenge, or in other words - a competition against each other. And whoever looses, treats the other to a meal (Nandos/Wasabi)
The challenge is the first person in 2012 to have an amazing figure. Simple as. We will take a before photo at the very start of the year, and we will be having an after photo. The BEST results will clearly be the winner. That IS a flat stomach, toned thin legs, hopefully some obvious bones and what not. I'm not saying people that don't have the above haven't got an 'amazing figure' as thats not true. As everyone has a different way of seeing people. But for me and my friend, thats our goal. Weve been striving and working for years and seriously, we have tried and worked really hard. I feel like having this challenge will push and motivate us further, as one way we constantly supporting each other, however we are also competing. We are doing this for ourselves. It's not like a little bet just for a meal. This is for life. Me and her both want to do this, and we have decided to. Please feel free to join the challenge, it's going to be tough.. but we'll pull through.
Rules:
- HEALTHY EATING.
The healthy way, the healthy foods. Raw and whole goods. Nothing junk, nothing crap that will upset our stomach. We are going to be dieting with the best foods. Personally i calorie count, because it prevents me from eating masses of amounts of foods. so goodbye to all the greasy foods, goodbye to chocolate. I am going to challenge myself further and 'NOT EAT CHOCOLATE FOR A YEAR'. And hopefully minimums of junk food. The only thing i suck for is chocolate and cakes. I remember quitting coke for a year, and now when i drink it.. i actually don't like it. So this is what i'm going to do with chocolate. And weve said, if we eat chocolate thats 15 minutes of cardio.
-EXERCISE.
ahaha, yes. This is actually what i am dreading the most. I am lazy. I don't mind just doing some pilates now and then, some stretching. But cardio is something that scares me. I hate the feeling. I am actually going to motivate myself to enjoy cardio. I will.
Well 2 simple rules for now. DIET AND EXERCISE. any changes will be updated soon. Wish us luck! Keep going and never give up!
